Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, materials handling, and order fulfillment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team player.

Responsibilities

•

Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for the movement of goods and materials within the warehouse.

•

Assist in the management and organization of inventory using scanners and inventory management software.

•

Assist in annual inventory process by tracking stock levels and conducting inventory counts.

•

Pull product from the warehouse to stage for internal and external customers.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

•

Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational processes.

•

Utilize hand truck and fork lift for loading and unloading materials as necessary.

•

Provide support and backup for shop, pre-finish and other departments as needed.

•

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines in all areas at all times.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

•

Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.

•

Experience in materials handling is highly desirable.

•

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

•

Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
