Location: Baxter, MN

Job Description: Light industrial work environment that needs a Warehouse Associate to apply their expertise to manage and execute all warehouse duties. This includes: daily oversight of all inventory logistics including movement, physical inventory accuracy and Warehouse Management System transactions. The position reports to our Project Manager and a key contributor to developing Warehouse Management processes to support our growing business. We are seeking team members that demonstrate an aptitude for quality control, process adherence, warehousing, inventory, and computers.

Shift:

•

Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30 pm is the standard work schedule with available overtime opportunities and extended shifts and/or Saturdays possible.

Required Skills and Abilities:

•

Quality and Safety Minded

•

Organized with Positive Attitude and a desire to grow.

•

Ability to use hand tools (powered and non-powered) and all forklift equipment.

•

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

•

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, stand, and walk. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

•

Candidate must pass pre-employment physical agility and background screening.

Work Experience:

•

Consistent employment record with job duties related to this position.

•

General warehouse, electrical or computer experience is a plus.

•

Forklift Operator Certificate required.

•

MS Office, specifically Excel proficiency preferred.

Education:

•

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

•

Forklift Operator Certificate required.
