Warehouse Analyst

Responsible for generating, updating and tracking purchase orders for storehouse stock as well as all storehouse stock repair orders. Interfaces with suppliers to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of pricing and lead times. Interfaces with all Refinery departments to process, maintain and track WSAR progress (Warehouse Stock Adjustment Request) and provide training as needed. Resolves inventory invoices and receiving discrepancies to assure proper workflow between warehouse, purchasing and accounts payable.

This position is salary nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay.

The salary range for this position is $52,000 to $71,400 and represents Valero’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of expected compensation at the time of this posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications and experience.
