•Drive revenue growth through software-enabled energy services, energy-as-a-service (EaaS) models, and grid services.
•Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team across direct and channel sales.
2. Customer & Market Development
•Identify, target, and win high-value accounts across priority segments (e.g., campuses, microgrids, communities, large C&I).
•Cultivate C-level relationships with end customers, utilities, asset owners, and strategic partners.
•Represent Hanwha in customer presentations, industry events, and policy forums to establish thought leadership.
3. Commercial Deal Structuring
•Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation in collaboration with legal, finance, and operations.
•Structure performance-based agreements, PPAs, leases, and service contracts to meet customer and internal financial targets.

•Drive alignment between CRM tools, sales operations, and revenue forecasting systems.
5. Sales Leadership
•Build a results-driven sales culture with accountability, coaching, and performance management.
•Establish KPIs for sales pipeline, close rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue growth.
•Foster collaboration across product, marketing, and engineering to accelerate sales cycles and customer onboarding.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
