- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)

- Experience: 3 years

Responsibilities

- Oversee, train, evaluate staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets on the manufacturing operations.

- Responsible for any project within VP of Manufacturing department plus additional duties and obligations which may be assigned to you.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with business objectives for a competitive edge.

- Oversee processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency and cost reduction.

- Establish and maintain strict quality control measures, meeting industry and customer standards.

- Collaborate with supply chain teams for a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.

- Foster a culture of improvement by implementing lean principles for streamlined processes.

- Manage manufacturing budgets to achieve financial targets.

- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to regulations and standards.

- Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.

- Implement new technologies for enhanced capabilities.

- Provide data-driven reports to guide decision-making.

- Collaborate with other departments for seamless coordination.
