Your New Role

As VP of Finance, you’re not just managing the books—you’re building the blueprint. This is a full-time, high-impact leadership role located in Little Rock, AR, reporting directly to the President.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking + Build data dashboards and financial models that guide executive decisions + Deliver insights that drive contract negotiations and business growth

+ Oversee all accounting functions—AP/AR, payroll, tax prep, banking + Ensure timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting + Manage internal finance staff and external partners

+ Run point on financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration + Align reporting and ensure seamless financial consolidation

+ Oversee HR-related financial functions including compensation strategy and benefits + Improve business processes across departments with data-backed efficiency tools + Lead company-wide reporting and analytics infrastructure

+ Deep knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and financial reporting + Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage + Experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools is a plus
