Volumetric Concrete Truck Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating various heavy equipment and commercial vehicles, particularly in the construction industry. This role involves transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations.

Duties

- Operate a variety of commercial vehicles including concrete mixers.

- Transport construction materials such as concrete.

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure safe operation.

- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate delivery schedules and material needs.

- Assist with loading and unloading materials using loaders and excavators as needed.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.

- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and material deliveries.

Skills

- Proficient in heavy equipment operation including concrete mixers or volumetric concrete trucks.

- Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
