The Vice President of Project Controls will lead enterprise-level reporting including cost control, scheduling, and risk management across a portfolio of utility scakew Wind, Solar, and BESS projects. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in implementing project governance, performance managememt, and leadership across a portfolio of large scale capital projects.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience developing and implememting innovative approaches to closely monitor and accuraretly forecast outcomes across portfolio of capital projects, with the demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate emerging project risk.

This role will lead a team of experienced project controls personel and be responsible for selecting and implementing a digital project management solution across the execution enterprise.

Role Responsibilities:

The Vice President of Project Controls shall develop and implement rigorous project controls across the portfolio of capital project areas (e.g., cost vs. budget, estimating, scheduling, risk management, etc.) and measure the overall performance of RWE’s wind, solar, and storage construction projects. Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $200,000 - $260,000 . The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
