Expected salary range of $111,600 to $124,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Implements the contract management process to ensure that work is completed safely, with high quality, while adhering to job schedule and budget according to contract requirements and power plant processes and systems. Responsible for management and oversight of onsite contractors. Ensures that all Constellation Power requirements such as Fitness for Duty (FFD) and specific job training are met prior to the contractor starting work.
- Coordinate all contractor site work activities.
- Acts as official liaison with contractor representatives utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Coordinate the development of bid specifications with input from technical users and buyers.
- Issues change orders as appropriate.
- Understands contract requirements
- Analyze problems and situations, identify areas for improvement and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Provides feedback on contractor performance.
All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 5 years related experience OR
- Associate's degree in engineering or business with 7 years related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 9 years related experience
- Experience with contractor, contract and supply management
- Maintain minimum access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
- Master's degree in technical discipline or business administration
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- AS9 and maximo experience preferred
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Power plant experience
