Jacobsen offers a generous benefits package including Preferred Provider options (requiring a co-payment for appointments and prescriptions) and a Consumer Directed Health Plan (sometimes known as a high-deductible plan). Jacobsen pays for the majority of health insurance premium costs. Employees and their dependents are eligible for health, dental and other benefit coverage on the first full day of the month following one full month of employment. Jacobsen also offers a qualified retirement plan, Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP)/Profit Sharing Plan and paid, personal time off, upon fulfillment of eligibility requirements.
