District Manager - Pickup Truck Required

Part Time District Manager:

WasteFree is looking for committed, trustworthy individuals interested in part-time management opportunities. The role of District Manager is crucial to the success of our business and requires that you display good leadership skills to the Collection Specialists that report to you. By giving support, encouragement, and leading by example, your team will be empowered to do their best work.

Requirements:

- MUST exemplify our company's Core Values, which are to: (i) show up, (ii) have a good attitude, (iii) communicate well, (iv) do extra, and (v) have what you do in the dark shine in the light.

- Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)

- MUSThave your own pickup truck for trash collection

- MUST have a valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance with your name listed.

- MUST have a smartphone with a data plan.

- MUST have a full-time job.

- Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to complete work with minimal supervision.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in ALLweather conditions.

- Must be physically able to lift 50lbsand go up and down multiple flights of stairs, as well as walk distances.

Responsibilities:

- Be prepared to work from 8:00pm to 1:00am Sunday through Thursday and as reasonably requested during regular business hours Monday through Friday and occasional weekends.

- Interviewing Collection Specialist candidates and training new hires.

- Conducting "audits" on your communities.

- Keeping up with call-ins/callouts and clock-ins/clock-outs.

- Collecting and reporting violation data and holding employees responsible for violations.

- Customer service site visits.

- Nightly correspondence with staff.

- Troubleshooting any issues that come up during service.

- Daily meeting(s) and/or phone call(s) with Supervisor & Weekly Zoom meetings.

- Monitoring and Reporting Collection Specialists work.

- Conducting/Completing Property Profiles.

- Sunday afternoon check-ins with Employees.

- Submitting Nightly Report.
