Vacuum Truck Driver

a Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving and operating vacuum trucks and trailers. The driver will provide service to our existing customer base and provide prompt and reliable service.

Responsibilities

- Operate and drive different types of trucks both manual and automatic

- Assist in offloading product at the end of shift

- Maintain proper scheduling with customers to arrive when scheduled on site

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness.

- Maintain accurate records on job site, vehicle maintenance, and hours of service.

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL B) with a clean driving record.

- CDL A is a bonus

- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.

- Familiarity with vacuum truck and trailer operation

- Proven experiencer in a similar truck driving role.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Must be able to pass all required background checks and drug screenings as per company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
