The Town of Central is currently looking for a Full-time Utility Billing Clerk. The purpose is to provide general customer assistance to individual and business utility customers. Will be responsible for opening new accounts, accepting and processing payments, closing accounts, issuing adjustments and work orders, receiving and returning phone calls and conducting general clerical duties. Must have knowledge of computers; have the ability to perform cashier duties accurately; must be a team player and have the ability to effectively communicate with the public. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
