DRMP is seeking a motivated, team-oriented, recent graduate to join our Utility Division in our Fort Myers office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience and education in utility infrastructure design, along with strong drive, clear interests, and an engaging personality. We strive to build high-performing teams by pairing compatible personalities, clearly defining roles and expectations, and fostering an environment of collaboration, constructive feedback, and growth. This role also offers opportunities to participate in client meetings, project management activities, and general civil projects, which are all critical growth areas for engineers.
