Operating Supervisor - Facilities Professional Services

Overview

The Operating Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all business activities associated with Professional Services to include but not limited to the loading dock, parking lot, mail operations and print shop. Role will drive safety, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the supervisor will drive the development of the loading dock, parking lot and mail operations process improvements.This supervisor must be an energetic and motivated leader with effective communication skills. Must demonstrate initiative, commitment to safety, and customer service. Will act as a champion to support and execute diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, and create and maintain a safe, secure, engaging and inclusive workplace.Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities* Implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees, foster a culture of zero harm and a transparent and questioning environment. Ensure that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience* High School Diploma/GED and 5 years or

Relevant Work Experience* Less than 2 years Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement to include Union Rules/Union Protocol Required and

Skills and Abilities* Strong verbal communication and listening skills and

Licenses and Certifications* Driver's License Required

Additional Physical Demands* Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
