What You Will Contribute:

The Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support to end-users on a variety of software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:* Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to higher-level support staff as needed.
Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users on a wide range of software and hardware issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Identify, research, and resolve technical issues using a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques.
Document and track all technical support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Build/image new systems for end users.
Perform user account management tasks, such as password resets and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
Provide feedback on processes and procedures and make recommendations on areas to improve.
Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
Communication with customers as required, keeping them informed of incident progress and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
Ensure SLA’s are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

Education and Experience:* Associate's degree in computer information systems, information technology, or related field required

0-1 years of related experience preferred; Significant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree

Qualifications:* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required

Intermediate experience with Windows OS and Imaging required
Basic knowledge of Mac OS and iOS preferred

Working Conditions:* Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
