The Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support to end-users on a variety of software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:* Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to higher-level support staff as needed.Education and Experience:* Associate's degree in computer information systems, information technology, or related field required
Qualifications:* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required
