Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 + company truck & gas/company card

We’re a family-owned heavy civil construction company specializing in concrete, underground utilities, and roadway/dirt work. We're looking for a reliable and driven Superintendent to help lead our growing team.

Job Description:

•

Foster a strong team culture and lead by example

•

Communicate effectively (verbal & written)

•

Manage daily field operations and production efficiency

•

Oversee jobsite safety and equipment scheduling

•

Support mechanics with equipment maintenance planning

•

Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements:

•

5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction

•

Strong knowledge of materials, equipment, and field operations

•

Familiarity with construction plans, safety standards, and traffic regulations

•

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

•

Hands-on leadership and broad construction knowledge when supervising multiple trades
