We are looking for an Underground Shift Coordinator to oversee the on-going construction and day-to-day operation of the Underground Mine. The role will work closely with and in support of the Underground Team and various contractor groups. This role is on a rotating schedule for dayshift/nightshift weekdays/weekends and requires flexibility to work all shifts.

Reporting to the Superintendent – Underground Operations, you will be responsible for:

+ RTKC HSE standards and programs + RTKC Contractor Management standards + RTKC Permitting processes + Construction Contract scope, schedule, and cost + Engineering and Design specifications and quality + RTKC HSE and Contractor Management documentation + Scope of Work documents + Project Execution Plan documents + Quality Assurance/Commissioning execution and documentation
