We're actively seeking experienced Underground Pipe Repair Technicians - Operators in Littleton, CO, to manage and lead the installation, set up, repair, and maintenance of water, sewer, and storm sewer pipes and valves.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $30.00 per hour and will increase based on experience. We offer 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do:

- Assist with laying pipes, cutting pipes, and bolting pipe fittings together and connections

- Complete valve installations and the maintenance and repair of mains

- Maintain a clean and safe work site

- Repair, maintain, and replace Water Mains, Gate Valves, Fire Hydrants, and Sewer Points

- Work with and around Water Taps (3/4"-2")

- Utilize laptops, tablets, and phones to report the completion of daily work and inspections

What We Need:

- Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report.

- Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards or be willing to obtain one within 180 days of being hired

- Proven experience as a Heavy Machine Operator in the utility construction industry.

- Able to operate an excavator/track hoe, rubber tire backhoe, front-end loader, and skid steer.

- Proficiency in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling.

- 2+ years experience working in the underground pipe industry

- Knowledge of construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation procedures.

- Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Able and willing to be on call for one week a month when needed.

- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
