- Provide leadership by ensuring Dumas crews cycle rounds and maintain Dumas' outstanding safety record.

- Have a thorough understanding of the full development cycle

- Meet production and development targets

Required Skills And Qualifications

- Outstanding safety record

- Ontario Underground Hard Rock Supervisory Common Core

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an underground development supervisor

- Valid Ontario Driver’s license
