Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Underground Department Manager, located in Ashland, WI or Eau Claire, WI. The Underground Department Manager will oversee daily operations within the underground utility sector, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating with other departments, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role entails organizing resources, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
