About The Role

We are seeking an experienced UI Designer with a strong foundation in UX principles to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for our internal platform and associated applications. Your work will be instrumental in defining the visual architecture and ensuring a seamless user experience aligned with the needs of the energy sector. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and testers, you will help translate complex technical data into accessible and engaging interfaces.

Your expertise will contribute to our mission of supporting the digital transformation of the power grid, particularly in areas related to grid management, automation, and predictive maintenance. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive the future of energy transition and decarbonization efforts globally.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a UI Designer with solid UX knowledge

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Balsamiq

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles for web and mobile platforms

- Experience visualizing complex technical data and information

- Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility

- Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset

- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Experience in the energy sector is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

- Define and establish the visual identity of our platform through a comprehensive Design System, including UI components, layout, and visual style

- Ensure consistency and adherence to internal guidelines and best practices across all applications

- Collaborate with product teams and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs

- Create interactive mockups and prototypes to demonstrate proposed solutions

- Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and a seamless user experience

- Incorporate user feedback and market trends to continuously improve interface usability and aesthetics

- Assist in visualizing complex technical data to facilitate better understanding and decision-making

- Stay informed about emerging design trends and technological advancements relevant to the energy industry
