A tube mill operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining tube mills to produce high-quality steel tubing, overseeing the mill crew, monitoring operations, performing basic maintenance, reviewing incoming orders, ensuring product quality meets specifications, and packaging finished materials, often requiring the handling of heavy machinery like forklifts; essentially managing the entire tube manufacturing process on the mill line
