NO FELONY BACKGROUND

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY make deliveries and pickups as required. Support shop and facility in any areas as needed.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of rigging requirements for safely moving materials.

- Ability to figure out weight of items being hoisted so not to exceed chains & crane requirements.

- Ability to follow the direction of management and complete assigned tasks.

- FOLLOW SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS WHEN DELIVERING TO JOB SITES

- Ability to keep fabrication bays stocked with materials as directed.

- Work well with others and stay busy at all times.

- Make sure when moving sub-parts to fabrication they are delivered to the correct location.

- Knowledge and location of all materials to be relocated.

- Knowledge of fabrication bay lay-out for proper placement of materials.

- Knowledge of equipment and safety for proper operation.

- Follow all safety requirements and protocol with minimum supervision.

- Work safely and within required daily production schedule.

- Keep CDL License up-to-date and active.

- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Ability to sit and drive for long periods of time

- Ability to grip members

- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

- Possess good eyesight and hearing

- Pass eye and physical exam for CDL License

- Possess good coordination and reaction times

- Withstand continuous lifting

- Withstand harsh environments with exposure to extreme heat and sometimes cold in plant with no temperature control

Basic Qualifications:

- Certified Overhead Crane Operator

- CDL License REQUIRED

- High school diploma or GED

- Pass initial drug and alcohol testing
