Title: Electrical Construction Manager

Safety

- Create and Alter Safety Plans Per Project

- Submit to Client, Staff, and Prime Contractor

- Create and Alter Working at Heights Permits

- Submit to Client, Staff, and Prime Contractor

- Create and Alter Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s)

- Print and have available at each project

- Verify all onsite work is performed in a safe manner

- Hold toolbox talks

- Upload signed toolbox talk presentations and signatures

- Document all safety incidents including near misses

Scheduling & Coordination

- Schedule Project

- Clients

- Contractor

- Residents or those affected by onsite activity

- Workers

- Rental Companies

- Security offices

- Shipping Companies

- RNWBL Executive Staff

When schedules change, communicate changes to all parties

Project Updates

- Submit regular updates to;

- Client

- RNWBL

Project Planning

- Basic Order of Operations

- Some Ops plans will be more complex and others quite simple. But we need a plan regardless. The JHA template we use at RNWBL should help outline all the steps. Thinking about the order of operation and the risk at each step should set the basic groundwork.

General Responsibilities

- Track the progress of the job.

- Track inventory

- Uphold safety standards

- Pictures and reports

- Plan review

- Constant communication back to PM’s

- Needs to be very computer and technology capable

- What tools and materials have we purchased?

- Keep track of what we have and what we’ve used

- Create a spreadsheet to track material

- Create a spreadsheet to track tools

- How many years of Electrical experience do you have?

- How many years of Management experience do you have?

- How many years of construction experience do you have?'

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
