Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Traffic Control Supervisor at Burnt Mountain Services LLC. The Traffic Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily traffic control operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with construction teams on various projects in Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

• ATSSA or equivalent traffic control certification.

• Previous experience in construction, traffic control, or a related field.

• Strong supervisory and analytical skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of traffic control regulations, safety protocols, and MUTCD standards.

• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
