Traffic Control Person

We are seeking a dedicated Traffic Controller to join our team. As a Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in construction zones.

Responsibilities

- Direct traffic flow around construction sites to ensure safety for both workers and the public.

- Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barriers.

- Communicate clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and construction personnel to provide instructions and guidance.

- Monitor road conditions and report any hazards or issues to supervisors.

- Assist in the operation of heavy equipment when required, particularly during paving and building activities.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on-site.

Skills

- Ability to build and dismantle traffic control setups.

- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation for traffic control purposes.

- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and the public efficiently.

- Valid Drivers license.
