Job Summary
Implements policies and procedures meant to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Job Duties
- Track and interpret laws or regulations impacting the business, and offer suggestions to functional managers seeking to ensure compliance
- Conduct periodic tests and audits of organizational operations
- Conduct initial reviews of alleged compliance violations and escalate to executive leadership as needed
- Assess current practices, collect information and analyze industry trends to determine organizational objectives
- Make recommendations and improve system
- Prepare technical reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Perform work under general supervision
- Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
- Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter
