Tool Repair Technician

Suquamish Repair & Distribution Company is a small, family-owned business with a big reputation for quality and reliability. We specialize in repairing, inspecting and certifying tools and equipment that keep the power utility industry running safely.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Tool Repair Technician who enjoys working with mechanical equipment and wants to build a career in a specialized trade. If you have mechanical experience and a strong work ethic, we will provide the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Repair, inspect, and certify tools and equipment for the power utility industry

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform hands-on repairs

- Read schematics and identify the right parts for each job

- Balance multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and safety standards

- Work closely with our team to meet deadlines and support our customers

What We’re Looking For

- Mechanical experience required (automotive, hand tools, or related fields)

- Experience with hand tools or mechanic work is a plus

- Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions

- Dependable, flexible, and eager to learn new skills

- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail

- High school diploma or equivalent
