Title Agent

Coates Field Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced Title Agent /Examiner/Abstractor for work near Syracuse, NY, and the adjacent area. The successful candidate will be well-versed in digital workflows, and online and in-person title searches, and have proven experience in surface title for right-of-way acquisition.

Local agents only. Embedded in clients office
