TIG Welder

Lyco Manufacturing, Inc is currently searching for skilled TIG Welders to join our industry leading team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment. As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks on various materials, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

· Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.

· Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to prepare steel for welding.

· Execute TIG welding processes on stainless steel.

· Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.

· Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

· Other tasks as required.

Skills:

· 2+ years experience in TIG welding with a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes.

· Familiarity with mechanical knowledge, including the use of caliper, micrometers and cranes.

· Previous assembly experience preferred, machine building experience a plus.

· Proficient in basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Ability to trouble-shoot and work independently.
