Territory Sales Manager / Outside Sales Representative

Now, we’re looking for motivated Sales Leader to join our team and grow with us within Four Seasons Building Products division.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow an assigned territory with both new and existing accounts

- Develop a strong sales pipeline by targeting contractors, builders, and dealers

- Build long-term relationships, earning more share of customer spend

- Educate customers on FSBP’s products, installation best practices, and sales programs

- Provide market feedback on pricing, competition, and trends

- Maintain strong sales plans and deliver on revenue and margin targets

- Travel overnight as needed (dependent on territory)

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience in building products

- Proven success in territory management, B2B.

- “Hunter” mindset — motivated to win new business and expand existing accounts

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience with CRM/sales systems and reporting

- Bonus: Direct-to-consumer sales experience
