The Greenstone Mine commenced production in May 2024 and will be one of Canada's largest open-pit gold mines, with annual production expected to average nearly 400,000 ounces of gold per year for an initial 14-year mine life with additional potential from a large underground deposit. Greenstone Gold Mines LP is owned by Equinox Gold Corp, a Vancouver-based mining company with seven other operating mines in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.

Temporary Warehouse Technician – 6 Month Contract

Greenstone Mine is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Technician is responsible for all warehouse technical activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

•

Perform warehouse activities including freight offloading, receiving, issuing, cycle counts and shipping of items to and from Mine Site.

•

Perform deliveries on Mine site as required.

•

Follow inventory management procedures and processes.

•

Input into SAP physical counts and manage inventory.

•

Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse.

•

Ensures the warehouse is properly always secured.

•

Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts as directed.

Candidates must demonstrate good verbal and written communications skills

Willing to perform repetitive tasks

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

•

Valid driver’s license

•

Minimum 2 years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics, mining is an asset

•

Experience with Microsoft Office Application and SAP is an asset
