Votre rôle

En tant que technicien(ne) de maintenance des robots et instruments automatisés, vous serez responsable de l’entretien, du diagnostic et de la réparation des équipements robotisés et des systèmes automatisés utilisés dans nos laboratoires d’analyse minérale.


Vos missions principales:

- Diagnostiquer, entretenir et réparer les équipements automatisés, les robots, les instruments de mesure et leurs composants électroniques, mécaniques et pneumatiques.

- Effectuer la maintenance préventive selon les plans établis, y compris nettoyage, lubrification, ajustement et calibration.

- Installer ou modifier des composants mécaniques, électroniques ou logiciels (automates, capteurs, etc.).

- Lire et interpréter des schémas électriques, mécaniques et pneumatiques.

- Tenir à jour les rapports de maintenance et recommander des actions correctives.

- Participer activement à l’amélioration continue des processus et à l’optimisation de la performance des équipements.


Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe

- Formation

: Diplôme technique ou collégial en électronique, électromécanique, automatisation, instrumentation, ou génie industriel.

- Expérience

: Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en maintenance d’équipements automatisés ou robotisés (idéalement en milieu industriel ou laboratoire).

- Compétences techniques:

- Connaissance des automates programmables (PLC).

- Maîtrise des systèmes électromécaniques, pneumatiques et électroniques.

- Capacité à utiliser des outils de diagnostic, de mesure et de réparation.

- Lecture et compréhension de plans et schémas techniques.

- Compétences générales:

- Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’initiative et bonne gestion des priorités.

- Bonne communication orale et écrite en français (l’anglais est un atout).

- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.

- Connaissances de base en informatique (Microsoft Office).

- Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 22 kg et à effectuer des heures supplémentaires ou des déplacements ponctuels si nécessaire.

Your Role

As a

Maintenance Technician for Robots and Automated Instruments

, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of robotic equipment and automated systems used in our mineral analysis laboratories.


Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automated equipment, robots, measurement instruments, and their electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic components.

- Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules, including cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and calibration.

- Install or modify mechanical, electronic, or software components (e.g., PLCs, sensors).

- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.

- Maintain accurate maintenance reports and recommend corrective actions.

- Actively participate in continuous improvement and performance optimization of equipment.


What You Bring to the Team:

- Education:

Technical or college diploma in electronics, electromechanics, automation, instrumentation, or industrial engineering.

- Experience

: Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining automated or robotic equipment, ideally in an industrial or laboratory setting.

- Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

- Proficiency in electromechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.

- Ability to use diagnostic, measurement, and repair tools.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

- General Skills:

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (English is an asset).

- Team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

- Ability to lift up to 22 kg and willingness to work overtime or travel occasionally if required.
