Join our team and help keep our facilities and properties safe, clean, and running smoothly! This is a hands-on role where you'll take care of buildings, grounds, and equipment, while supporting safety and security across the site. We provide training and certifications so you can grow your skills.
- Perform basic repairs and upkeep for our facilities and outdoor areas.
- Help with overall facilities upkeep such as: landscaping, snow removal, and salting walkways when needed.
- Monitor and maintain newly added facilities and grounds as the campus expands.
- Identify and report issues proactively to keep all spaces safe and functional.
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize disruptions during construction or upgrades.
- Support equipment moves and layout changes for production areas.
- Support basic facility requests (badge creation, room set-up, etc.)
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs safely.
- Operate forklifts or scissor lifts safely
- Work with our safety team to keep everything up to code – we will train onsite.
- Document and report facility, safety, or security issues
- Partner with contractors on-site to make sure work is on track and safe.
- Monitor and maintain newly added facilities and grounds as the campus expands.
- Identify and report issues proactively to keep all spaces safe and functional.
- Monitor security systems and assist with creating and distributing employee badges.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain forklift and scissor lift certifications (company-provided training).
- OSHA 30-hour certification, or commitment to completing OSHA 30-hour safety training.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., security systems, badge software, email/Office).
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through when coordinating contractors.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks during expansion projects.
- Experience coordinating with multiple teams and contractors.
- Flexibility to adjust work priorities during active build-outs.
- Experience with security systems and access.
- Familiarity with EHS policies and permit processes.
