Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and proofreading various technical documents, ensuring that all materials are accurate and accessible to our target audience. Your expertise in research and technical writing will be essential in producing high-quality documentation that supports our products and services.

Required Skills

Min 5 years in the following

•

Familiarity with IT application stack (i.e. familiarity with the components that make an application and likely places where they reside)

•

Prepare, review, revise and maintain technical documents specifically system recovery procedures, operating procedures, policies.

•

Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document product functionality and business continuity needs.

•

Documentation skills with attention to details

•

Experience in gathering business and IT requirements from multiple stakeholders including technical and business SMEs

•

Excellent communication skills

•

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

•

Experienced with tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Visio

•

Knowledge of ServiceNow’s APM module will be a plus but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
