We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead multiple IT initiatives across network, infrastructure, desktop services, service desk, and radio technology. You’ll oversee 5–15 projects at a time, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and with clear communication to stakeholders.
- Onsite for first 8 weeks (Mon–Thu, 10-hour shifts)
- Then hybrid: 1 day onsite, 3 days remote
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead meetings, provide weekly status updates, and escalate risks
- Coordinate across IT teams, vendors, and leadership
- Ensure change management processes and documentation are followed
- Drive adoption of new technologies among staff- 10+ years IT experience and 10+ years Project Management experience - 3+ years in local government/public sector IT
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, Active Directory, patching, disaster recovery, Windows, cloud, and call center projects
- Skilled in ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and project reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must pass background check
