This leadership role ensures reliable cost estimates, supports capital projects, and champions process improvements that keep ATC at the forefront of the energy industry.
- Lead & Develop: Manage the estimating team, including hiring, training, coaching, and workload oversight
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain standard work breakdown structures, review calculations, and identify risks to deliver precise estimates
- Analyze & Innovate: Use historical cost data and business intelligence tools to identify trends, improve processes, and implement new estimating techniques
- Collaborate: Work closely with Project Performance, leadership, and stakeholders to share best practices and support risk management
- Stay Current: Monitor industry trends in materials, labor, and technology to keep ATC competitive
- Travel: Periodic travel to offices and project sites required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
- 7+ years professional experience, including 5+ years in project management, construction management, engineering, or project controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project)
- Knowledge of work breakdown structures and integration with utility accounting practices

The targeted base pay for this position is $144,600 to $168,700 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much
