System Reliability Supervisor

place for you. Job Summary The System Reliability Supervisor is

responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient real-time operation of

the company's bulk electric power system by effectively assessing and

utilizing available resources, monitoring overall system conditions and

adhering to reliability criteria, including full compliance to NERC

Standards. Job Responsibilities Implement daily system resource plans to

satisfy customer demand and implement load management programs Work with

power plants and transmission operators to coordinate outages of

facilities Monitor and assess current system operating conditions and

initiate necessary actions Evaluate abnormal operating conditions and

coordinate emergency actions to restore overall system reliability

Direct all switching activities under their jurisdiction, issue hold-off

clearances to permit safe line or station maintenance work Operate

supervisory controls, and coordinate with other interconnected

operational entities such as ATC, Midwest ISO Responsible for

assembling, maintaining and reporting various system operating and

planning conditions, using a variety of computer systems, network

applications and contingency analysis Responsible for operational

performance in full compliance with NERC reliability standards Adhere to

FERC "standards of conduct" and confidentiality agreements Minimum

Qualifications Valid Driver's License Excellent interpersonal,
