Kleinfelder is seeking an experienced and dynamic Surveying Program Manager to lead and oversee a team of more than 25 survey professionals across our Maryland and Virginia offices. This is a high-impact leadership role, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and technical expertise to ensure excellence in land surveying, civil engineering, and construction inspection. This position is available in our Hunt Valley, MD office.

Benefits: Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Maryland Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $128,871-$186,000.
