Job Title: Survey Division Manager
Job Summary:
The Survey Division Manager will lead our survey operations and drive strategic initiatives. This candidate will oversee a diverse range of projects, from initial planning to execution, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in every aspect.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the survey division, including team recruitment, development, and performance management.
•Oversee survey operations across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Develop and implement innovative survey practices and technologies to enhance precision and efficiency.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive survey solutions.
•Manage and optimize resource allocation, including equipment and personnel.
•Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
•Build relationships with clients and partners to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
•Licensed Professional Surveyor (or equivalent certification) preferred.
•Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
•Proficiency in survey technologies, including GPS, GIS, and CAD software.
•Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality in a close-knit professional network.
