We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Survey Project Manager to oversee and manage land surveying projects across industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential markets. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of accuracy and quality. You will work closely with clients, contractors, field teams, and office staff to coordinate project execution while driving efficiency and innovation in survey operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is a Survey Crew Chief, Senior Surveyor, or existing Survey Project Manager looking for a role with greater leadership responsibility and cross-functional collaboration. · Manage and oversee multiple land surveying projects from initiation to completion.
· Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
· Coordinate with survey field crews and office staff to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
· Review and ensure the accuracy of survey data, plats, and reports.
· Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to field teams.
· Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
· Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
· Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
· Strong knowledge of surveying methods, equipment, and software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS, total stations).
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
· Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
· Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS applications).
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains, if needed.
· Physical stamina to manage the demands of fieldwork, if needed.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different project sites.
· Physical ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds.
· Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, and moving objects of up to fifty pounds across various terrains.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
· Remote Pilot Certificate (FAA Part 107 license/certificate) & experience setting up and flying a drone.
