Supply Chain Operations Manager.The Supply Chain Operations Manager
will be a remote position and boots-on-the-ground team member, responsible for hands-on operational oversight, process, and mechanical equipment optimization, as well as end-to-end coordination of supply chain activities. This role requires a strong operational presence, frequent travel, including occasional weekends, to support the ongoing execution of port and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate on-site with 3PL optimization of handling equipment, including conveyors, bagging lines, and related handling equipment.
- Identify efficiency upgrades to improve material flow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Arrange vessel agents and surveyors for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Issue purchase orders for vessels and ensure accurate, timely processing.
- Attend vessel operations as needed, including weekends, to monitor performance and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with ports, warehouses, and transport providers to optimize discharge, loading, and distribution schedules.
- Update and maintain the Inventory Forecast Report & Off-spec product inventory to ensure visibility across the organization, leading to maximized storage usage.
- Download and update Inventory Forecast data, coordinating with HQ team for any changes.
- Enter and update operations quality cases in Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate documentation for resolution tracking.
- Maintain operational performance metrics and ensure timely reporting.
- Frequent domestic travel to warehouse locations up to 50%.
- Ability to be on-site for vessel operations, including weekends when required.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
- Prior experience in maritime operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
