Supply Chain Manager - Mexico (Relocation to Mexico City):
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to govern procurement for a major offshore project in the Pre-FEED stage. You’ll oversee contracts for FEED, EPCI, and well engineering, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Please note that relocation to Mexico City is a requirement
for this role.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive value, quality, and timely delivery.
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to align procurement with technical and commercial needs.
- Track procurement performance and report to senior stakeholders.
- Support procurement across other projects as needed.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.- 7–10 years in oil & gas procurement, with 5+ years in offshore projects.
- Strong background in FEED, EPCI, rig, and well engineering contracts.
- Experience in multicultural, global environments.
- Deep knowledge of offshore procurement and contract structures.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead under pressure and adapt in fast-paced settings.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
