Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for coordinating all entities and stakeholders involved in the procurement life cycle of a variety of commodities and services for Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC). This position is responsible for the consistent application of QEC’s contract procurement processes and practices in accordance with the territorial Financial Administration Act, Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (Article 24), Nunavummi Nangminiqaqtunik Ikajuuti (NNI) policy, and Office of the Auditor General (OAG) regulations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,463.14 to $154,641.56and a northern living allowance of $24,281.00 per annum. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a defined-benefit pension program. In addition, subsidized staff housing is available for this position. This position is not included in the Nunavut Employee’s Union.
