Devon’s Supply Chain Internship provides students with the opportunity to learn and apply oil & gas supply chain principles in a professional office environment. Students participate in both team and individual assignments, gaining exposure to real-world tasks and projects. This program is designed to help students develop technical and professional skills while exploring potential career opportunities at Devon.
Apply general business principles, theories, and concepts to assignments such as, but not limited to:
- Utilizing market intelligence to create project-specific strategies
- Building, issuing, and evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate with other stakeholders – Engineering, Accounting, Environmental, Health and Safety, Technology, etc.
- Exposure to supply chain software and tools
- Application of technical skills acquired in college to real-world scenarios.
- Advanced computer proficiency, with the ability to optimize and automate processes.
- Curious and eager to explore AI, data, and technology, with opportunities to engage with emerging digital tools and innovations.
- Full-time student pursuing a degree in Business management, Supply Chain, Technology or other business-related disciplines.
- Exhibits integrity, accountability, and a passion for business improvement.
