The initial work location for this position will be at our facility in Fort Montgomery, NY. Please note that our operations are scheduled to relocate to Middletown, NY in early 2026. Candidates must be willing and able to work in Fort Montgomery for approximately 6-8 months following their start date, and transition to the Middletown location once the move is complete.

Job Summary
The Supply Chain Data Specialist will directly support the General Manager and will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of supply chain operations at the Production facility. This position requires expert management of Biotrack seed-to-sale data, sales and invoicing platforms such as LeafLink and Salesforce, and reporting and analysis of supply chain metrics. The Supply Chain Data Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements and ensure compliance with Illinois cannabis regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities•Manage and maintain accurate data within the Biotrack system, ensuring compliance with Illinois state regulations.
•Oversee end-to-end seed-to-sale tracking, including product entry, inventory management, and order fulfillment lifecycle management.
•Audit and troubleshoot data discrepancies and develop corrective actions to maintain system integrity.
•Integrate and manage sales platforms, including LeafLink and Salesforce, to optimize invoicing, order processing, and product allocation.
•Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely invoicing.
•Develop best practices for system integration and data exchange between Biotrack, LeafLink, and Salesforce.
•Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, fulfillment metrics, and sales trends.
•Identify operational inefficiencies or risks and recommend improvements based on data insights.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with the compliance, distribution, and sales teams to support operational workflows.
•Communicate effectively with third-party vendors and regulatory agencies as needed.
•Partner with the Compliance department to ensure ongoing alignment with Illinois cannabis regulations and support compliance audits.
•Maintain organized records and documentation for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
Required Skills/Abilities
•Must be at least 21 years of age and have reliable transportation.
•Strong proficiency with Biotrack seed-to-sale system.
•Proficiency in Salesforce, LeafLink, and other sales/invoicing platforms.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately track, audit, and report supply chain data.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, including strong document retention practices.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on compliance and data integrity.
•Knowledge of Illinois cannabis regulations regarding inventory tracking and reporting.
•Familiarity with supply chain best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Education And Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Specialist or similar role in the cannabis industry, with proven Biotrack seed-to-sale experience.
•Experience integrating and managing sales/invoicing platforms such as Salesforce and LeafLink.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting is preferred.
•Project management experience related to software integration or operational optimization is preferred.

Salary: $60000.00 - $63000.00 per year
