Job Summary
This position will perform the critical role of assisting in the management of our Planning and Scheduling processes and functions. The Planning and Scheduling Supervisor will work closely with both on-site leadership and our customer’s management team. The individual will assist in maintenance work scheduling, cost tracking, developing KPI reports, liaising with sub-contractors, working alongside multiple departments and functions within the Freeport facilities in an industry leading LNG production environment. This position requires a technically minded individual, experienced in the plant operations and maintenance environment in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance activities using SAP CMMS interface for safe and reliable execution of maintenance activities including auditing of third-party resources and compliance of equipment Healthcare Agreements.
This position will be based at the Terminal Facility, LQF or PTF, with travel to off-site locations as required. This position requires the incumbent to hold a valid, unexpired driver license at all times in order to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Provides supervision for all planning and scheduling employees within the Freeport LNG facilities.
- Meets with area operations leadership to establish scheduling forecasts
- Meets with area planners for review of Ready-to-Schedule work.
- Manages work order backlog working closely with department leads on prioritization.
- Provides timelines for operations and management teams on critical work assignments.
- Interface closely with the HSSE and Regulatory departments to ensure compliance throughout the facilities.
- Coordinates rescheduled work with area supervision, planners and schedulers.
- Ensures all PM and Safety work orders meet schedule compliance.
- Lead safety meetings and incident investigations as required.
- Interface with the Maintenance and Operations management, Reliability Manager, Contractor Coordinator, Contract management groups and Finance Manager with reference to schedule management; critical path activities, cost tracking and KPI’s.
- Maintain process documentation associated with workflows, contract administration and scheduling.
- Utilize and maintain database of safety inspection findings, recommendations and compliance items. SAP CMMS interface.
- Assist in developing process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and track third party service vendor and nesting contractor performance working closely with the Contractor Coordinator.
- Provide support as required by FLNG management and its customers.
- Supporting the development of the Process Safety Management Program
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, regarding process and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical advice/support to Maintenance planners and schedulers as requested for the Freeport LNG Facilities.

Minimum Qualification/Work Experience
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Experience Required: Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in a Maintenance/Operations role relevant to Planning & Scheduling. Experience leading small teams or projects, making sure day to day operations are running smoothly, providing guidance to team members; with experience in the LNG, Chemical or Refining Industry working in a plant environment.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Business, or Technical Field

HSE Roles and Responsibilities
Support the policies, efforts, and programs of Freeport LNG Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System. Actively participate in the HSE Management System Policies. Ensure that HSE concerns are given priority in all activities completed within their area of responsibility. Implement routine inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.

Working Conditions:
This position operates in an office environment. However, while performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to operate within an industrial plant environment.
- Routinely uses standard office and field communications equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers w/scanner and fax, and radios.
- Exposure to indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
- Not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes. Possible exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy weather conditions.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and electrical circuits, being exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
- Exposure to constant, or intermittent sounds of a pitch level sufficient to cause marked distraction.
