STARK International is an industry leader in providing oil services for transformers, hydraulic and lubrication oils.

We are currently looking for a Shop Supervisor at our oil processing shop in Bailey's Brook, Nova Scotia!

Supervisor, Oil Shop (Bailey's Brook, Nova Scotia)

The Oil Shop Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day functions at the Oil Processing Shop.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

· Assigning tasks and ensuring all tasking are completed timely and safely, organizes shops, approves payroll hours

· Identify and resolve any issues that arise in the shop

· Helps coordinate jobs with Sales people or operations manager

· Maintain and service equipment

· Oversees and maintains existing contracts.

· Ensures the shop property is well-maintained.

· Communication with customers via email and phone.

· Other duties as may be assigned by the CEO

Skills

· NSCC or technical training is an advantage, but equivalent experience is acceptable

· Basic computer skills necessary

· Results-orientated and able to work independently and within a team

· Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

· Sound planning and organization skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Technical competence

· Self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
